Event Description:
The Jesus All About Life Event is a large-scale gathering that aims to present the life-changing message of Jesus Christ in a dynamic and engaging way. This event brings together people from all walks of life to experience the transformative power of God’s love, forgiveness, and redemption.
As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for attendees, assisting with various event activities, and supporting the overall logistics and operations of the event.
Responsibilities:
Event Set-up and Tear-down: Assist with the preparation and arrangement of event spaces, including seating, signage, decorations, and technical equipment. After the event, help with packing and clearing the venue.
Registration and Greeting: Welcome attendees, assist with registration, distribute event materials, and provide general information and directions.
Ushering and Crowd Control: Help guide attendees to their seats, manage crowd flow during the event, and ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Hospitality and Refreshments: Assist with serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.
Event Logistics Support: Provide assistance with various event logistics, such as distributing promotional materials, managing equipment, and supporting guest speakers or performers.
Event Promotion and Outreach: Help spread the word about the event by sharing information on social media, distributing flyers, or inviting friends, family, and community members to attend
